  • Payments for orders placed on our website must be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or other online payment methods.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping for orders above ₹1000 within India. For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹120 + GST will be charged.
  • Delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

    • You may exchange or return any unused, undamaged product with the seal tag attached within 3 days of delivery   (unboxing video required)  .
    • Returns are refunded as online store credit, not cash, which can be used without any time limit.
    • Once a return request is placed, the package will be picked up from your location. After reaching our warehouse, the product will go through a quality check, and the store credit will be issued via email.
    • The return parcel can take 1-2 weeks to reach our warehouse, so please plan accordingly.
    • Note: Exchanged items cannot be returned unless damaged (unboxing video required).
    • Note: Products returned without the seal tag attached will not receive store credit, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to return the item.
    • Note: Hand-beaded products are not returnable.

8. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
